This scholarship is funded by EPSRC CASE Award with Siemens He
althineers Magnet Technology. And it is provided by Swansea University.
Also, it will enable students to learn about the latest developments in AI/ML. And apply these techniques to understand and improve the magnets.
Note that the magnets form an integral part of the Siemens Healthineers’ MRI scanners. Also, it will give students access to the College of Engineering’s Computer Clusters.
Additionally, it provides training in both AI/ML/Data Science. And MRI scanners will be provided.
Award Amount: Full cost of UK/EU tuition fees. And an annual stipend starting with £ 18,285in year one rising to £ 22,221 in year four. Also, there will be an additional £10,000 available for project costs.
Requirement: Applicant must have a minimum of an upper second class (2:1) honors degree (or its equivalent) in Engineering.
Also must have a strong interest in AI/ML/Data Science. And coupled with an excellent engineering/physics background.

10. Chemistry: ERC PhD Scholarship at Swansea: Rotational Quantum States of Molecules
Again, this scholarship is funded by Swansea University and the European Research Council (ERC). And it is one of the PHD Petroleum Engineering scholarships.
