We Create Change Program is now open for applications from suitably qualified students. It is a fully funded scholarship for all students sponsored by Change.org.
About the Program
This initiative, which is run by Change.org as part of its mission to empower society’s most marginalized groups, aims to support young people as they define their purpose and agency and advance their knowledge of digital campaigning.
Emerging change makers are given the tools for digital campaigning through the immersive transformational leadership curriculum We Create Change.
The program attempts to create a network of champions for advocacy in Nigeria.
She Creates Change, which was established in India in 2017 and trained over 300 women in that country as well as in Indonesia, Nigeria, and Columbia has been replaced by We Create Change.
She Creates Change had a profound influence on the development of movements and the transformation of systems.
We Create Change Program will launch in Nigeria through a 5-day residential workshop in September and will be held in Abuja.

Change.org will sponsor the training, travel, and accommodation costs for all the selected participants.
Requirements for We Create Change Program
1. Open to candidates who are passionate about health, sanitation, education, gender equality and climate change;
2. Want to learn and use digital campaigning to bring change;
3. Are open to diverse points of view and have taken action in the past for their cause area;
Preference will be given to youth, between the age of 18-35, belonging to and/or working with marginalized and underrepresented communities across Nigeria.
