Our client, a leading Financial Institution, is currently in the process of recruiting suitable and qualified candidates for the position below:

1. Bank Loan Officer

Location: Nationwide

Salary: N45,000 – N80,000 monthly

Deadline: 30th April 2022.

2. Teller

Locations: South East – Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu and Imo

Salary: N70,000 – N85,000 monthly

Deadline: 30th April 2022.

3. Bank Teller

Location: Lagos

Deadline: 28th February 2022.

4. Customer Service Representative

Location: Nationwide

Deadline: 30th April 2022.

Salary: N70,000 – N85,000 monthly

5. Call Centre Agent – Hausa Speaking, Igbo Speaking, Yoruba Speaking

Location: Lagos (Ajah, Surulere, Lagos Island, Lekki, Oworonshoki, Gbagada, Bariga).

Deadline: 31st March 2022.

Salary: N70,000 – N85,000 monthly.

Nigeria Immigration Requirement and Qualification

1. Possession of B. Sc, HNDNCE, OND in relation to the applied position from a recognized institution.

2. Any added certificate either postgraduate or professional certification will be of advantage.

3. NYSC Discharge/Exemption Certificate.

4. Applicants must not be above 35 years old.

5. West African School Certificate (WAEC) or Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSSC) with Credits in not less than three (3) subjects, including English and at least passes in two (2) other subjects; or

6. Candidates must have National Examination Council (NECO)/General Certificate of Education (GCE) Ordinary Level with passes in four (4) subjects got at one sitting or five (5) subjects got at two sittings, including the English Language.

7. National Diploma (ND) got from a recognised institution. National Certificate of Education (NCE) from a recognised institution; or General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) in two (2) subjects got at one sitting or three (3) subjects got at two sittings.

 

8. Must be computer literate.

Job Description of Available Vacant Positions

Bank Loan Officer

1. Evaluating credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits

2. Engaging applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans

3. Determining all applicable ratios and metrics and set up debt payment plans.

4. Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information

5. Justify decisions (approvals/rejections) and report on them to line managers or supervisor

6. Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions

7. Update job knowledge on types of loans and other financial services

8. Maintain and update account records

9. Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans

10. Develop referral networks, suggest alternate channels and cross-sell products and services to accomplish quotas

11. Go the “extra mile” to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the underwriting process

12. Οperate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines

Teller

1. Assisting customers with processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, or payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies, and answering questions.

2. Up-selling and Cross-selling of bank’s products and services to existing and potential customers.

3. Tracking, recording, reporting and storing information related to transactions, and customers, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.

4. Maintaining and balancing cash drawers and reconciling discrepancies.

5. Handling currency, transactions, and confidential information professionally.

6. Following all bank financial and security regulations and procedures.

7. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

8. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.

9. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

10. Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

11. Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

12. Communicating with customers through various channels.

Bank Teller

1. Assisting customers with processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, or payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies, and answering questions.

2. Up-selling and Cross-selling of bank’s products and services to existing and potential customers.

3. Tracking, recording, reporting and storing information related to transactions, and customers, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.

4. Maintaining and balancing cash drawers and reconciling discrepancies.

5. Handling currency, transactions, and confidential information professionally.

4. Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions.
