UNDP Graduate Programme 2022
UNDP is planning a new two-year programme for new graduates in 2022.
Students will gain an experience that focuses on motivators. The full UNDP funding graduate program provides the participants with opportunities for a career in international development.
The selected candidates for the international fully financed opportunity will participate with speed to achieve the sustainability goal.
UNDP has long been praised by world leaders for implementing SDGs as an enduring goal.
The aim of the UNDP Trainee program is to empower exceptional young graduates with the skills and experience necessary to establish a career in international development, advance the Sustainable Development Goals, build better futures, and transform the world!
The UNDP is currently operating in 170 countries, and over the course of their two-year term, they may be assigned responsibilities in various locations around the world.
This will be an introductory program. The applicants that are successful will be added to the Graduate Programme Pool for 2022.
From this pool, entry-level positions that may become available in 2022 will be filled.

Eligibility
- The applicants must be citizens of the countries where UNDP operates to support SDGs.
- If you have completed Masters: A completed Master’s degree in a relevant field (with not more than 2 years of work experience)
- If you have completed only Bachelors: A completed Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (with a minimum of 2 years and not more than 3 years of relevant, paid work experience)
Areas and Fields:
- Political science, public administration, international relations, development studies, economics, statistics, data management, environmental science, or a related field. Please review UNDP’s areas of work.
- business or public administration, finance, law, procurement or supply chain management, human resources management, economics, data management, or a related field.
- The applicant must be proficient in the English language.
