WBMDFC Scholarship 2022: Fresh/Renewal Apply Online, Status, Last Date

West Bengal Minorities Development and Finance Corporation has initiated the WBMDFC Scholarship Scheme to provide financial assistance to students who are unable to continue their education because they are poor. We will share with you today all of the details regarding the scholarship offered by the West Bengal state government, including the application process and the process to check the status of the WBMDFC Scholarship 2022. The scholarship schedules will also be shared with you.

WMDC offers a wide array of scholarships to individuals in West Bengal who are members of different caste categories and who are enrolled in different courses. Many scholarships are available to help students continue their education without being abandoned. The West Bengal State minorities organization operates different types of projects.

WBMDFC Scholarship Eligibility Criteria

In order to be eligible for the scholarship, the applicant must meet the following criteria:-

West Bengal Pre-Matric Scheme West Bengal must be the applicant’s domicile. To be eligible, you must study in a school/institutional recognized by a state/federal educational board or council. In your previous final examination, you must have achieved not less than 50% marks or equivalent grades. A family’s annual income should not exceed Rs.2 lakh. Students studying in institutions outside of West Bengal are not eligible for the pre-matriculated or post-matriculated scholarship.
West Bengal Post Matric Scheme West Bengal must be the applicant’s domicile. An educational board/ council/ university of the state/ central government must recognize you as a student. In your previous final examination, you must have achieved not less than 50% marks or equivalent grades. A family’s annual income should not exceed Rs.2 lakh. The pre-matriculated or post-matriculated scholarships will not be available to students studying outside of West Bengal.
West Bengal Merit Cum Means West Bengal must be the applicant’s domicile. You must have been admitted to a technical or professional course. You must have obtained at least 50% in your last Higher Secondary/Graduation examination. The family income of the student should not exceed Rs.2.5 lakh. Residents of West Bengal studying at institutions located outside West Bengal, as notified from time to time by the West Bengal Minorities Development and Finance Corporation, may also apply.
West Bengal Talent Support Stipend If you passed your last final examination with less than 50%, you must be enrolled in class XI onwards up to Ph.D. (except professional and technical courses). The State Government awards this stipend. fund. The applicant must be an Indian citizen and a resident of West Bengal. An annual family income of up to Rs.2 lakh.
Swami Vivekananda Merit Cum Means Scholarship for Minorities, West Bengal The applicant must be a resident of West Bengal and have completed education in a recognized school in West Bengal. The student must have graduated from an institution affiliated/accredited to the WBBSE/WBCHSE/WBBME/any board or university in the state of West Bengal in the current year. A family’s annual income must not exceed Rs.2.5 lakhs (Certificate must be issued by an officer not below the rank of Joint BDO). The minimum marks required in the last examination are 75% for Higher Secondary to Graduate level, 53% for Honours subjects at Graduate level, 55% for Engineering graduates and 45% for K3-Kanyashree.
West Bengal Term Loan Scheme West Bengal Minorities Development & Finance Corporation provides Term loans up to Rs. 5 lakh for members of notified minorities. Repayment with @6% interest in equal 12 or 20 quarterly installments over 3 or 5 years. Rural areas must have an annual family income of Rs.98, 000/- (Rupees Ninety-Eight Thousand) and urban areas should have a family income of Rs.120,000/- (Rupees One lakh twenty thousand). Applications for more than Rs. 40,000/- require guarantors. Loans between Rs. 40,001 and Rs. 50,000 – Taxpayer or professionally qualified person (e.g. doctor, engineer, etc.) Loans over Rs. 50,000 – Government or Semi-Government Entity. An employee/teacher or a good beneficiary of WBMDFC. Preference will be given to applicants with training and experience relevant to the business for which they are applying. The applicant must be between the ages of 18 and 50. You must have a savings account.
West Bengal Micro Finance Each Self Help Group (SHG) receives up to Rs. 1,00,000/- directly. Under this scheme, a Self Help Group comprised of 10-20 Minority Women may apply for a loan at 7% p.a. for repayment within 24 months. The annual family income for rural areas must be within Rs.98, 000/- (Rupees Ninety-Eight Thousand) and for urban areas within Rs 1, 20,000/- (Rupees One Lac Twenty Thousand).
West Bengal Minority Women Empowerment Programme MA & ME Dept. launched this program. , Govt. West Bengal for providing soft loans at 3% interest to Minority women for income-generating activities or businesses such as small businesses, cottage industries, handicrafts, etc. Each beneficiary receives a subsidy of 50% of the loan amount, up to a maximum of Rs.15000/-.
West Bengal Educational Loan There is a maximum loan of Rs. 20 lakhs for those pursuing studies within the country and Rs. 30 lakhs for those studying abroad. The education loan is available for courses such as Medical, Engineering, Management, Nursing, and Law. Payback of the loan at 3 percent interest in installments after 6 months of completing the course of employment, whichever comes first. Students must belong to a minority community with a family income not exceeding Rs.1, 20,000 for urban areas and Rs.98, 000 for rural areas The age of the applicant must be between 16 and 32 years old

WBMDFC Scholarship 2022 Application Mode

The following modes of application are available for applying to our scholarships:-

Scholarship Application
Term Loan Applications can be collected from the Minority office located in the office of the District Magistrate, Sub Divisional Officer (S.D.O. ), or Block Development Officer (B.D.O.).
Micro Finance (Directly to SHGs): The application should be submitted in the Corporation’s prescribed format. You may contact the concerned district office for more information about the application. An application can be submitted at any time of the year.
Minority Women Empowerment Programme The application should be submitted in the Corporation’s prescribed format. For more information about the application, please contact the concerned district office. An application can be submitted at any time of the year.

Merit-cum-Means Scholarship At www.wbmdfcscholarship.gov.in
Pre-Matric Scholarship Visit www.wbmdfcscholarship.gov.in. Applications must be submitted in hard copy to the respective institutes. A hard copy of the income certificate from the competent authority and a self-attested copy should accompany the application. Bank Pass Book of the applicant/ Jointly within the parents
Post Matric Scholarship Visit www.wbmdfcscholarship.gov.in. Applications should be submitted in hard copy to the respective institute. In addition to the income certificate from the competent authority, a copy of the bank pass book should be enclosed.
Talent Support Stipend Visit www.wbmdfcscholarship.gov.in. Once the online application is completed, the Hard Copy of the application along with a copy of the mark sheet from the last examination, an income certificate issued by the competent authority, and a copy of the Bank Passbook must be submitted to the concerned institute.

WBMDFC Scholarship Renewal of Application 2022

In order to renew your application, you must follow the following steps:-
